Q4: How do I get a refund?

To qualify for a refund, consumers must complete all of the following steps. Incomplete submissions may require resubmission before processing.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bed rails and contact ZFZG-US for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the bed rail by cutting the storage bag off the upper rail and the safety strap in half, write “Recalled” in permanent marker on the main frame and upload a photo of the marked bed rails to https://easymake-us.myshopify.com/recall. Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product in accordance with state and local waste disposal procedures. 

Q5: Do I need to return the product?

A: No, you do not need to ship the product back. However, to qualify for a refund, you must destroy the product by writing "RECALL" and your Amazon Order ID on the fabric/frame with a permanent marker, and then upload/email a clear photo of the destroyed product. This ensures the product is no longer in use.

Q6: How long will it take to receive my refund ?

A: We are implementing a Priority Review System. Applications with valid and complete destruction photos will be processed first. Once your proof of destruction is verified, your refund will be processed as promptly as possible.

Q7: I bought this as a gift. Can I still get a refund?
