Important Safety Recall: Easymake Adult  Bed Rails

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) ZFZG-US is voluntarily recalling the Easymake Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a potential risk of entrapment and asphyxiation. The product does not meet federal safety standards (16 CFR 1270 and ASTM F3186-17) and lacks required safety warning labels.

 ACTION REQUIRED: STOP USE IMMEDIATELY

The safety of our customers is our top priority. If you own the recalled bed rail, please stop using it immediately and remove it from your bed.

Hazard

The product’s design can create a gap between the bed rail and the mattress.Users can become trapped in this space, posing a serious entrapment and asphyxiation hazard.

Remedy: Refund

Consumers shall destroy the bed rail by cutting off the storage bag from the upper rail and cutting the safety strap in half, mark “Recalled” on the main frame with a permanent marker, then **complete the application form below and upload the required photos of the destroyed product as instructed**.
After verification, consumers shall dispose of the recalled product in accordance with applicable state and local waste disposal regulations.

To complete the verification in line with the safety requirements of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we hereby remind you that**:
- Photo of the destroyed storage bag
- Photo of the cut safety strap
- Photo of the bed rail marked with “Recalled”
- Your purchase order number
